Arabella Gibson is CEO of Gidget Foundation Australia, a national not-for-profit supporting the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents and their families. She joined Gidget Foundation Australia nearly 10 years ago after a decade in media and senior leadership roles across ASX-listed entities, family-owned small business and international organisations in Australia and the UK. Arabella has contributed to national policy through Advisory Group roles for the Australian Government’s National Women’s Health Strategy 2020–2030 and the COVID-19 National Mental Health Strategy for Children, Young People and Parents. She was awarded the Governor-General’s Medal for community service during COVID-19, named The CEO Magazine’s Not-For-Profit Executive of the Year in 2022, and awarded the Ferris Family Harvard Club of Australia Non-Profit Fellowship Scholarship in 2026. She is Chair of Perinatal Mental Health Australia, a Non-Executive Director of Motherland, a member of the NSW Mental Health Commission’s Suicide Prevention Council, and mother to 15-year-old twins.
