After years of living, studying, and searching through the Enneagram, one personal revelation changed the course of her life. She came to see that the types are not identities to hold onto, but fear-shaped patterns we can come to mistake for who we are.

The Last Nine Kingdoms of the Merry-Go-Round grew out of that recognition, and out of her desire to offer others what she herself had long searched for: a way to see the pattern clearly enough to remember what remains beneath it.
