Robyn Llewellyn

A holistic kinesiologist trained in Traditional Chinese and mind–body medicine, Robyn Llewellyn specialises in helping women understand the deeper reasons why slowing down feels so hard. Her work is built on one universal truth: healing always begins with finding safety in the body. For many women, without nervous system support, slowing down remains out of reach.
Robyn’s insights are drawn from three distinct worlds: a twenty-year corporate career, including as marketing director for a leading period care brand; over a decade of study in wellness and healing; and doing both of these while raising three young kids.
In her healing space, she rejects the idea that women simply need to ‘do less’ or ‘manage stress’ to heal. Instead, she offers practical, sustainable solutions that show how healing doesn't have to be complicated.
These principles come to life in her debut book, Flow Well Be Well. It
challenges the cultural conditioning that ties a woman's worth to her output, and teaches women to work with, not against, their bodies. It's the book she wishes she'd had in her twenties, and a soft, feminine rebellion against the systems that taught her busyness was a virtue.
When she's not juggling life, work and the mum's taxi run, Robyn practises what she preaches by slowing down, baking sourdough and walking her two border collies, preferably barefoot on the grass. She lives in Sydney with her husband and three children.
